ENIENT EC0109 Paint Remover for Metal ,can remove paint quickly and high efficiency. It is especially suitable for metal products. It is suitable for polyester acrylic acid, amino ethylene, silicone, polyurethane, spraying plastic and other resin paints. It is recyclable, efficient, safe and economical.
APPLICATION
• It is recommended for renovation of metal parts, metal furniture, railway bridges, ships, machinery surface, home appliances manufacturing industry, processing industry and other work pieces.
[HANDLING PROCEDURES] Use adequate ventilation. Keep away from open flames/sparks/heat/hot surfaces. Do not smoke when operating. Prohibit cutting, welding, drilling/grinding container or putting it near any ignition point. When transfer material, put it on earth. Avoid eye and skin contact. Do not heat material. [STORAGE PROCEDURES] Store in a cool dry area out of direct sunlight. Keep container closed and store away from water or moisture. Store away from oxidizing materials. Do not expose to temperature extremes as container may rupture.
OPERATION
•The work piece can be soaked into or brushed with the cleaner. When soaking, the work piece should immerse into a paint groove for 10~30 minutes, after the paint is removed, take the work piece out and wash clean with water. When brushing, brush with the cleaner on the surface for 20~30 minutes, wash clean with water after the paint layer off. For thick film products can be repeatedly coated.
ATTENTION
•Operation area should be well-ventilated. Wear filtering equipment in confined space.
•Avoid contact with skin and eyes during operation. Flush with plenty of warm water or normal saline if If accidentally splashed into the eye.
•Product should be stored below 40℃.
•Do not burn the abandoned empty cans.
•All disposal activities must comply with state, provincial and local regulations.
