EC0114 Hardware Parts Cleaner is suitable for metal, plastic, coating and insulation covering, safe to use, no damage to the most material surface.
DIRECTIONS
•Strong applicability. Safe to metal, non-corrosive.
Widely used. Has strong dissolution ability, can remove oil, carbon and other dirt.
•Strong permeability. Dirt in small parts can also be dissolved and removed.
APPLICATION
•Used for cleaning large mechanical equipment, small hardware parts and other stubborn oil, grease. Especially be safety and non-destructive for plastic surface. It can also be used as plastic surface treatment agent.
[HANDLING PROCEDURES] Use adequate ventilation. Keep away from open flames/sparks/heat/hot surfaces. Do not smoke when operating. Prohibit cutting, welding, drilling/grinding container or putting it near any ignition point. When transfer material, put it on earth. Avoid eye and skin contact. Do not heat material. [STORAGE PROCEDURES] Store in a cool dry area out of direct sunlight. Keep container closed and store away from water or moisture. Store away from oxidizing materials. Do not expose to temperature extremes as container may rupture.
OPERATION
•Soak the cleaning product into the cleaning solution.
•Wash for 5 to 10 minutes, then let dry.
•The soaking time of plastic products should not exceed 15 minutes.
ATTENTION
•Operation area should be well-ventilated. Wear filtering equipment in confined space.
•Avoid contact with skin and eyes during operation. Flush with plenty of warm water or normal saline if accidentally splashed into the eye.
•Product should be stored below 40℃.
•Do not burn the abandoned empty cans.
•All disposal activities must comply with state, provincial and local regulations.
